These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through the website of Paul & Anna London. By placing an order, the customer agrees to be legally bound by the terms outlined below. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

By confirming and completing an order on our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions, as well as any other policies referenced on our website (including our Return Policy and Privacy Policy).

Paul & Anna London reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will apply to all orders placed after the updated version is published online.

2. Product Information

We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, specifications, and pricing displayed on our website are accurate and up to date.
However, typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions may occur.

In such cases, Paul & Anna London reserves the right to:

  • Correct any errors or inaccuracies
  • Update product information
  • Cancel orders affected by incorrect information (with full refund)

These adjustments may be made at any time without prior notice.

3. Ordering & Payment

Orders are processed only after full payment has been successfully received.

Available payment methods may vary depending on the customer’s location and payment provider.
It is the customer’s responsibility to verify the available payment options in their region before completing the purchase.

Paul & Anna London may refuse or cancel orders in cases of:

  • suspected fraud,
  • incorrect customer information,
  • product unavailability.

If an order is cancelled by us, the customer will be notified and refunded in full.

4. Processing & Delivery

Processing time: 1–3 business days following order confirmation.

Estimated delivery time: 7–10 business days, depending on the destination.

All orders are shipped directly from our international supplier in China.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Delays may occur due to:

  • customs inspections,
  • high-volume shipping periods,
  • local courier delays,
  • unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Customers receive a tracking number once their order has been dispatched.

5. Customs & Import Duties

Depending on the customer’s country of residence, import duties, VAT, or customs fees may apply.
These charges are not included in product or shipping pricing and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Paul & Anna London has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.

6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

For all returns, refunds, exchanges, or order cancellation requests, please refer to our separate Return Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions.

7. Liability

Paul & Anna London is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged parcels if the courier’s tracking system confirms delivery to the address provided by the customer.

It is the customer’s responsibility to supply a complete and accurate delivery address when placing an order.

Address errors must be reported within 24 hours of completing the purchase. We will attempt to correct the address before dispatch, but this cannot be guaranteed.

Paul & Anna London is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, customs authorities, or force majeure events.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content displayed on this website—including but not limited to text, images, product descriptions, graphics, and logos—is the exclusive property of Paul & Anna London and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of any content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
